Our lightweight dog tankies are made from 100% polyester polar fleece, offering your dog’s body protection from the wet and mud.  As with our other fleece jumpers and suits, our dog tankies will keep your dog warm and dry, whilst being breathable and allowing any water to quickly wick away from your dog’s coat.
We keep the neckline of the fleece low, so that you can still comfortably use a collar and lead and it’s comfortable for your dog also.
There are no fastenings on the fleece and the area between the back legs is open so that the suit doesn’t interfere with toileting.
Our tankie is designed for a snug fit so please check your dog’s measurements against our size chart before ordering.

Please note this size guide is a guide only as will vary slightly for different breeds/individual dogs.

1. Back Length – Measure from the collar to base of the tail

2. Neck – Measure around your dogs neck at collar height.

3. Chest – Measure all the way around your dogs chest just behind the front legs.

Please ensure your dog is still and not curled or hunched up and the tape measure is not loose when measuring

The fabric has some stretch to it and is designed to be quite fitted.

Measure the back length first to find the correct size. Then check that the chest & neck measurement of the coat is not too small for your dog.

If in between back length sizes go for the larger size.
